We're looking for a confident, strategic and commercially minded influencer marketing leader to join our growing team. You'll use your expertise and leadership to deliver exceptional campaigns, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth across a wide portfolio of brands.
What You'll Do
* Take full ownership of influencer campaign delivery - ensuring excellence, innovation, and measurable results.
* Lead on client strategy, roadmap development, and campaign optimisation to maximise impact and ROI.
* Build and nurture strong senior client relationships, acting as the main point of escalation and strategic counsel.
* Partner with Creative, Paid Social, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated, high-performance campaigns.
* Identify opportunities for client growth, upsell, and new business within existing accounts and multi-brand portfolios.
* Oversee the development and implementation of efficient processes, workflows, and best practices.
* Manage resource planning across teams, ensuring projects are well staffed, on brief, and on budget.
* Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure commercial targets are met and scopes of work are achievable and profitable.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and financial tracking across campaigns and pipelines.
* Lead, coach and develop a team of talented influencer and client service professionals, fostering an inspiring, high-performing environment.
* Drive operational excellence - ensuring time, budget and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Who You Are
* A proven influencer marketing expert with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale campaigns and client relationships.
* Skilled across disciplines - with a solid understanding of paid social, creative strategy, and PR integration.
* A confident team leader with experience mentoring, motivating and developing others.
* Commercially astute, data-driven, and adept at translating insights into strategy.
* An exceptional communicator - dynamic, engaging, and client-focused.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong forecasting and financial management skills.
* Passionate about continuous learning and helping your team grow in capability and confidence.
* A natural problem solver who thrives on creating smart, creative solutions for clients.
