The Role
They are looking for a Data Analyst (CRM) to join a growing team at the heart of customer data and marketing. In this role, you’ll analyse and optimise CRM activities, deliver clear reporting and insights, and help shape data-driven campaigns. With exposure to leading platforms and opportunities to influence senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key part in improving customer journeys and driving smarter decision-making.
The Candidate
Key attributes of a suitable Data Analyst (CRM):
* 2+ years’ experience in data analytics or CRM, with proven ability to deliver actionable insights
* Proficiency in SQL (with Tableau and Python desirable) to analyse and visualise complex data
* Excellent communication skills, able to present confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
