Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all warehouse operations during the night shift, including goods-in, storage, order picking, and dispatch
* Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks as needed
* Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
* Promote and enforce health & safety procedures across the shift
* Monitor stock levels and support regular audits and inventory accuracy
* Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment
