Huddersfield Town AFC Vacancy

Ticket Office Assistant

Up to £23,000 per annum.

Full-time – 35+ hours per week including home match days and at other times as required.

Permanent.

As we start the 2025/26 season, we are pleased to advertise the opportunity to join our established Ticket Office team. As a Ticket Office Assistant, you will play an important part in helping our supporters to purchase season cards and match day tickets, whether in person or online, and delivering a first-class customer experience to them.

Reporting to the Head of Ticketing and the Ticket Office Supervisor, you will be required to process ticket sales through our ticketing system, also assisting with season card sales and the annual renewal process, as required. Successful applicants will be required to support in our Ticket Office throughout each week and on home match days; candidates must be prepared to work flexibly, covering evenings and weekends, to ensure a consistently smooth and effective ticketing service.

We are looking for candidates who appreciate the value and importance of outstanding customer service and who would like to be part of creating a friendly and special atmosphere for supporters. Previous experience in a similar role (for example, ticketing, retail, customer service) is essential, combined with excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful approach to work, and the ability to work in a team. You must be confident to liaise with a diverse range of people in a consistently professional manner, also acting as a positive ambassador for Huddersfield Town AFC.
