We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, commercially minded, Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an entrepreneurial group during an exciting period of expansion. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation operating across multiple business interests. The CEO leads a dynamic and constantly evolving platform, requiring a highly capable EA who can bring structure, pace and consistency to a complex working environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring seamless coordination across business priorities, stakeholders and strategic initiatives. This is not a purely traditional EA role. You will be operating within a founder-led environment where clarity, responsiveness and trust are essential. The role requires someone confident managing complexity, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and high-profile leaders, and able to deliver consistently in a high-expectation setting. The CEO has a direct, outcome-focused working style. As such, this role requires a resilient, solutions-oriented individual who can communicate succinctly, remain composed under pressure and take ownership with confidence. There is genuine opportunity for the role to evolve over time into broader strategic or leadership responsibilities as trust is built. The role is based in Oxford and requires a strong on-site presence Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional flexibility outside these hours when necessary due to travel, time zones or changing priorities. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: • Providing senior-level strategic EA support to the CEO • Managing a complex and evolving global diary with strong prioritisation • Acting as a professional gatekeeper and communication filter • Coordinating internal and external stakeholder interactions • Supporting preparation for key meetings and strategic discussions • Tracking actions and ensuring follow-through across initiatives • Acting as a central point of coordination across business activities • Supporting travel planning and logistics in line with business demands • Maintaining alignment with other Executive Assistants in the team • Managing communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO • Supporting with ad hoc projects linked to operational delivery • Building strong working relationships across the wider support network • Maintaining organisation and consistency in a fast-moving environment • There may be future opportunity to support or guide elements of the wider support function as the role develops ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: • At least 5-10 years of proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder or senior executive in high-growth environments • Demonstrable exposure to business or commercially driven environments • Strong track record of managing complexity with precision • High levels of resilience and confidence in fast-paced, high-pressure settings • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with senior stakeholders • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail • Calm, solutions-driven approach to challenges • Strong technical capability across Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Office • Comfortable working in an on-site, five-day office environment and ideally located close to Oxford • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain professionalism • Right to work in the UK • Strong, verifiable references
