We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across a growing tech platform in the leisure space. This role is ideal for someone who can drive digital growth, lead a small team, and take ownership of brand, content and performance marketing.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of the full marketing strategy
* Manage paid digital campaigns across social, search, email and display
* Build and optimise lead generation funnels and marketing automation
* Develop brand positioning and creative direction
* Oversee content, SEO and website performance
* Support cross-functional projects and product launches
* Report on performance metrics and adapt to digital trends
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in a senior marketing role with team management experience
* Proven track record in digital campaign delivery and optimisation
* Experience with CRM, automation tools and LinkedIn lead gen
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Background in SaaS or sport-related businesses is a plus
