You’ll oversee all live and upcoming projects, co ordinate on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors. • Oversee M&E upgrades alongside joinery and finishing trades. • Plan and manage site logistics, sequencing, and materials. • Maintain and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality. • Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager. • Ensure works are completed on time and to specification.
