The Regional Clinical Lead Nurse will:
1. Implement the clinical quality strategy within the region.
2. Conduct audits, practice observations, and care plan reviews to maintain high standards.
3. Monitor clinical risk indicators and support homes in reducing risks.
4. Assist homes in preparing for CQC and local authority inspections.
