Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hybrid working model - 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
2. Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, ensuring consistent and fair application.
3. Manage ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance concerns.
4. Support and deliver learning & development initiatives, including compliance training and career development programmes.
5. Coordinate and improve HR processes, documentation, and employee communications.
6. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support business decisions and compliance reporting.
7. Collaborate on HR projects such as policy reviews, engagement initiatives, and change programmes.
8. Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
9. Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and liaise with third-party providers.
10. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and line managers, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Experience Required:
* Must be CIPD level 5 qualified.
