A warm and nurturing Nursery setting is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team. Duties as a Nursery Teaching Assistant: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities Help to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment Support children’s personal, social and emotional development Assist with observations and assessments in line with EYFS requirements Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families Support with daily routines such as snack time, toileting, and outdoor play Ideal Nursery Teaching Assistant: Has a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or working towards it) Understands the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Is patient, positive and child-focused Works well as part of a team and uses initiative Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.
