Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Stockport, England Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (inclusive of bonus) Working Hours: 3 on, 3 off shift pattern (10am–10pm) Hourly Rate: Equivalent to £15.17–£17.58 per hour (depending on bonus eligibility) Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Experience in Years Required: 2 years in a children’s residential setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Number of Beds: 3 Location: Stockport Type of YPs: Children and young people with EBD Ofsted Rating: Good (at last inspection) Ratio of staff to children: 2:1 Who we are looking for… An experienced and emotionally resilient leader with a strong understanding of the needs of children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
