We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ambitious and want to gain an early year's qualification while getting experience. You'll create meaningful relationships with the children, your team and with parents.
Safeguarding & DBS Requirements
Our authority is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers must uphold this commitment. You will be required to have an enhanced DBS, which will be applied for by the employer if you are successful. It is an offence to apply for the role if you are barred from regulated activity relevant to children. We reserve the right to close a job prior to the initial closing date. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Compensation & Hours
£8 per hour for those aged 18 and under for the course duration. £8 per hour for the first 12 months, £12.71 thereafter for those aged 19 and above, including those who will turn 19 during the apprenticeship training. Daycare open between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, with a 35+ hour week.
