Role: Warranty Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 35.5 hours per week | Monday Friday
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for customer queries and communication with the service centre.
Manage vehicle bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate entry and exit logs are maintained.
Provide consistent updates to customers regarding job progress and status changes.
Work closely with the Aftermarket Coordinator to help organise workshop schedules and workloads.
Track and update job-related order numbers, following up on quotations where required.
Oversee job costing and ensure all work is closed out correctly in accordance with internal procedures.
Submit and process warranty claims in line with both internal and external (supplier) policies.
Collect and verify required information from other departments to support warranty submissions.
Keep detailed and up-to-date warranty claim records and assist with recovering related supplier costs.
What Were Looking For: Highly organised with strong administrative skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
Confident communicator, both face-to-face and in written form.
Comfortable liaising with internal teams and external customers in a professional manner.
Detail-driven, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Previous experience in a warranty or service administration role is an advantage.
