The Role
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
* Act on a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and contentious business matters
* Manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution
* Draft pleadings, correspondence, settlement agreements, and attend court hearings as required
* Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management
* Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex, high-value cases
* Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships

The Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have:
* 3+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation

* A proactive, client-focused approach with a track record of delivering excellent results
