The Role
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the team and provide hands-on technical support across the business. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while also supporting ongoing system improvements and projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Maintain and administer company IT systems, including servers, PCs, mobile devices, and cloud services.
* Support and monitor Microsoft Dynamics applications, assisting with user queries and basic configuration.
* Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
* Ensure IT security standards and data protection policies are upheld.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
* Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience in an IT Support role (1st/2nd line).
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (beneficial but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to support users at all levels of the business.
* A team player with good time management and organisational skills.
