School Administrator (Part-Time) - North Sheffield

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming school in North Sheffield on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and can provide high-quality support across a range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing front-of-house reception support and welcoming visitors
* Handling general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school office
* Assisting with basic finance administration
* Managing communications and responding to enquiries
* Supporting the maintenance and updating of school records and systems
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous administration experience, ideally within a school setting
* Experience of reception and customer-facing duties
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and school management systems
* Experience with Arbor is desirable
* Experience maintaining and updating websites would be advantageous
