Required Skills:
* 7–10 years of experience in Data & Analytics roles, preferably within Insurance
* Strong experience working with Specialty Insurance and MGAs
* Proven experience leading offshore delivery teams while working onshore with clients
* Advanced SQL skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Apps
* Working knowledge of Bordereaux production and reporting
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to balance hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities
* Client-focused, proactive, and outcome-driven
