Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time post to join the Business Support Section of Education and Inclusion Services based at the Valleys Innovation Centre in Abercynon. This post will provide high quality project management and administrative support to the School Improvement Service and the wider Education and Inclusion Service Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities
* Act as the initial point of contact for stakeholders (over the phone, via email or in person).
* Respond to questions/requests for information.
* Provide a wide range of administration support.
* Prepare documentation and reports.
* Arrange meetings and minute taking.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in administrative support and project coordination preferred.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a bilingual Welsh/English environment; document available in Welsh.
