RG Consultancy are working with a very well-established small business based in the Stockport area. We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support the accounts manager with the day-to-day management of the transactional duties.
Role Responsibilities
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* All around purchase ledger and sales ledger support
* Processing transactions and card payments
* Dealing with customer queries via email and phone calls
* Managing and maintaining customer information and accounts
* General accounts and office admin support
Person Specification
* Strong IT skills including MS office, MS Excel
* Experience working in a purchase ledger, sales ledger or all-around accounts role
* Experience working within an office administration role with some accounts experience
* Experience with SAGE 50 is an advantage
* Good communication and customer service skills, verbal and written
