We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join Old Mill on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to support a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, where you’ll play a key role in executing marketing activities that support business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation of high-quality campaigns, events, and communications. Your work will span internal and external marketing, content creation, and branding.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting internal communications by creating content and designing materials for office-wide engagement initiatives.
* Reviewing and refining content for email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
* Assisting with content creation, branding and design work..
* Supporting events and sponsorship coordination.
* Reviewing documentation to ensure brand consistency.
* Helping with proposals, tenders and presentations.
* Maintaining brand integrity across all materials and channels.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys a varied workload and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
You should have:
* Marketing experience, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
* A strong eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different materials.
* A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks, with the ability to work independently.
* Experience using tools for content creation, email marketing, and event coordination. Preferably, InDesign, Canva and email mailing systems.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you’ll be working closely with different teams across Old Mill as well as external contractors.
