The school provides a structured, supportive environment where expectations are clear and students are encouraged to take responsibility for their actions.

The leadership team is supportive and recognises the importance of Behaviour Mentors in maintaining a positive school culture. Staff are provided with ongoing training, guidance, and opportunities for professional development.

The school follows restorative and trauma-informed approaches, focusing on building relationships and long-term behaviour change rather than short-term sanctions.
