Senior Test Manager/Lead - Clearing, OTC, ETD sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in a large-scale software implementation project.
* Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Expertise in various testing types, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
* Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
* Experience with performance testing and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
* Experience working in a global environment.
* Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) and Over The Counter (OTC) Clearing, is a plus.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* ISTQB certification or equivalent.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
* Experience with data-driven testing.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to the financial services industry.
