What You’ll Be Doing
Picking up the phone with confidence — proactively contacting leads and turning conversations into opportunities.
Qualifying prospects to ensure BDMs are meeting the right decision-makers.
Securing appointments for the BDM team so they can focus on converting clients.
Keeping the CRM system up to date so you’re always on top of your pipeline.
Working closely with the field team to share insights, refine strategy, and celebrate wins together.
Staying aware of the market and spotting opportunities that put you one step ahead of competitors.
Building relationships with potential customers by being professional, approachable, and persuasive.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has previous experience in telesales, internal sales, or business development.
Enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and overcoming objections.
Is motivated by targets and takes pride in smashing them.
Can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.
Has good organisational skills and knows how to manage their time effectively.
Has resilience — you don’t let “no” stop you from chasing the next “yes.”
Experience supporting a BDM team is an advantage, but not essential.
