About the Role
We are seeking a process‑driven, effective Exams and Data Administrator to join our team based at our Yateley Campus. This is a term‑time‑only position, 32 academic weeks plus 4 weeks during holiday periods, to be allocated by the department head. The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Exams Team.
Responsibilities
* Assist and support the Exams Manager in administering and arranging internal examinations, working and liaising with pupils, teachers, invigilators and administration staff, as well as school leadership.
* Accurate monitoring and storing of exams paperwork.
* Invigilation, organising exam rooms, timetabling and training of external invigilators, preparing registers and stationery, and invigilating when required.
* Assisting with all post results services.
* Monitoring and amendments to access arrangement student files.
* Accurately recording complex data and using online portals.
* Whole school data management, analysing assessments and progress across the school, producing reports, assisting with statutory returns, monitoring and maintaining student records.
* Administration and support for the Assistant Headteacher (Progress) to provide accurate information; preparing reports for parents’ evenings and performance tracking.
* Assisting, as part of the data team, with the maintenance of the school's MIS (SIMS) records, inputting data, and ensuring compliance.
About You
* Experienced Administrator with ideally a background as an Exams Administrator or Exams Officer. Experience with JCQ regulations is preferred.
* Experienced (or confident) in working with multiple systems and portals and analysing complex data.
* Strong IT skills including confident Excel and ideally experience of SIMS (or other MIS systems); some additional training can be provided.
* A strong communicator and team player who enjoys contributing to a warm, child‑centred, trauma‑informed environment.
* Understanding of data confidentiality.
* Advanced organisational skills and the strength to work confidently with key staff.
* The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
