You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role includes helping at the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop. You will also:
Key Responsibilities
* Help customers and put them at ease; listen, answer questions, give great advice, recommend items, and offer a basket – the little things that make a difference.
* Know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them – the more information we give customers the better.
* Help our stores run smoothly – ensure we display the right products on the shop floor, provide a great service at the tills, and assist with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience, keeping the store clean and presentable for everyone to be proud of.
Training & Career Development
