The Facilities & Energy Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of site infrastructure and utilities on an Upper Tier COMAH production facility. This includes buildings, bunds, pipe rack, plumbing, compressed air, site services, and external areas. The role ensures that the site remains safe, compliant, and fit for purpose, supporting operational continuity and future growth. Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge/Experience: * Experience managing facilities and utilities within a high-hazard or COMAH-regulated environment. * Good understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance for industrial facilities. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Familiarity with CMMS software preferred. * Competent in contractor management and site coordination. * Basic IT skills (Excel, maintenance systems, email).
