Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role based on-site in Ipswich. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as providing support for executives, managing schedules, handling clerical responsibilities, and maintaining organized records. The role also includes managing phone communication, ensuring professional phone etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to provide effective support
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management, organization, and record-keeping
* Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette, ensuring professionalism in verbal and written interactions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
* Prior experience in an administrative or related role is preferred
