Hours: 40 per week
A co-educational independent boarding school in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, for children aged between 12 and 18 years. Catering for just under 400 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper with some high end hospitality and summer lets as well. As this is a boarding school, it operates 7 days a week so working patterns would be 5 out of 7 days. There is free parking available at the school.
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Perth.
You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.
You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.
Key Responsibilities
* To oversee the hospitality operation
* Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health 'Safety' policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
* To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).

Knowledge / Competencies
* Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
* Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
* Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
