Requirements:
* Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
* MRCPCH or equivalent paediatric qualification
* 6–10 years of clinical paediatric experience post-graduation
* English language proficiency (IELTS 7.5 overall or OET Grade B)
* Full GMC registration or eligibility via CCT/CESR pathway
