Sample Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for Sample coordinator which focus on sending samples to our current and potential clients. You need to report to RMA Manager. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment, offering a high level of involvement in day-today operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sample Order Fulfilment, Packing & Logistics Management
2. Accurately pick, verify and pack merchandise according to sample order specifications.
3. Prepare shipments for UK and Ireland, including completing customs documentation for Ireland.
4. Generate shipping labels, coordinate courier deliveries/collections, and record shipment details such as tracking information.
5. Marketing & PR Shipment Coordination
6. Serve as the primary liaison between the RMA and Marketing teams for influencer, PR and sample product requests.
7. Process and dispatch all marketing-related shipments accurately and on time in alignment with internal procedures.
8. MKT Inventory Monitoring & Control
9. Maintain accurate stock records for all merchandise items and update inventory as required.
10. Proactively monitor stock levels and notify management when items reach low or reorder thresholds.
11. Inventory updates in Excel or other internal management systems.
12. Share relevant information with Marketing, RMA and Warehouse teams as required.
13. Event Logistics Support
14. Prepare and palletise merchandise for events, ensuring items are loaded and dispatched correctly.
15. Upon return, unpack and restock materials to their designated warehouse locations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Warehouse experience with strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment workflows and health & safety practices.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet shipment deadlines.
* Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, moving and palletising goods when required.
* Good communication skills, able to work closely with Marketing, RMA and Warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
* Experience with stock control or inventory systems is preferred.
