We’re seeking adriven and detail-oriented Apprentice Property Managerto join our team. You’ll gain practical experience while completing aLevel 3 Business Administration Apprenticeshipand theCertificate in Property Advice & Practice (CePAP)– giving you the skills and qualifications to kickstart a long-term career in property.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Property Manager, you’ll support the team in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants, managing everything from property visits to end-of-tenancy processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting with tenant check-ins and check-outs
* Attending and reporting on routine property inspections
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance, liaising with trusted contractors
* Assisting with the release of deposits, including evidence collection and negotiation support
* Helping to ensure all tenancy files, safety certificates and compliance documents are up to date
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate digital records
* Assisting with rent collection, arrears reporting, and payment queries
* Supporting tenant onboarding, referencing, and documentation processing
* Shadowing experienced team members during property visits and client interactions
What a Typical Week Looks Like
You’ll have varied tasks that help you build a wide skill set, including:
* Booking and attending property check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections
* Uploading property reports and notes to our CRM
* Logging maintenance requests and following up with contractors
* Preparing move-in and move-out packs for tenants
* Assisting with the deposit release process – gathering evidence, liaising with the TDS, and communicating with tenants/landlords
* Monitoring expiring certificates and arranging renewals (e.g., Gas Safety, EICRs)
* Responding to enquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
What You’ll Need to Apply
This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for property – but you must meet the followingmandatory requirements:
* Full UKDriving Licenceand access to a car
* GCSEs inMaths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
* Confident communicator – written and verbal
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and learning CRM software
* A genuine interest in property and desire for long-term progression
While working in the business full-time, you’ll study towards:
* Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
* CePAP (Certificate in Property Advice and Practice)– a respected industry qualification
* Study time is built into your week and you’ll have full support from your line manager and an external training provider
