Job Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative and support for the Podiatry and Diabetes services.
* Act as a call centre function to support patients in booking Podiatry appointments.
* Liaise with members of the public and a variety of professionals in primary and secondary care services.
* Accurately input data relating to clinic attendances, DNA’s and record patient pathways.
* Support administrative functions of the Podiatry Suite for community services.
* Support Diabetes Education or Diabetes Specialist Nurses with administration functions of services, projects and training days.
Required Skills and Experience
* Good organisational skills, ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively.
* Excellent Microsoft computer literacy.
* Excellent telephone manner and customer care communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure while remaining calm, courteous and resilient.
* Team‑work orientation and a can‑do attitude.
