A permanent opportunity is now available for a Customer and Operations Analyst to join my client’s team. They are seeking someone with strong skills in analysing data and customer insights to help improve performance.
If you’re a detail-oriented professional with experience analysing data to enhance operational performance, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Duties for the Customer Service Representative role include:
Study feedback from customers to identify any areas for improvement
Manage and create regular reports
Identify process improvements
Ensure insights are easily accessible and logically organised
Investigate and provide solutions for operational and customer-related issues
To be considered for the Customer Service Representative role, you must have/be:
Strong written and verbal skills.
A strong attention to detail.
A data driven problem solver
Confident with processing large volumes of data.
IT competent.
Your own means of transport as public transport in the area is very limited.

Initially this role will be fully office based, but upon successful completion of training, you will be able to work from home with a minimum of 2 -3 days a week in the office.
