Volunteer Administrator / Personal Assistant | Collaboration for Kids

You will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist Team Leads, and collaborate with the Admin Team to ensure consistency. The role may also include PA duties. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience in a similar administrative and PA role (paid or voluntary).
* Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Experience with MS Forms is desirable.
* Ability to create and brand template documents.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and with discretion.
* Experience working for charities or volunteer organizations is advantageous but not required.


What will you be doing?

* Providing general administrative support to your team and the wider organization.
* Organizing meetings and collaborations, including scheduling, minute-taking, and record-keeping.
* Supporting the organization and updating of team folders and documents.
* Assisting in the effective use of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for document storage and communication.
* Managing team calendars and events, including updates, reminders, and tracking holidays and courses.
* Advising on administrative procedures and suggesting improvements.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
* Attending meetings and contributing positively.
* Performing personal assistant duties such as diary management, email handling, appointment coordination, and event support.
