Overview
The cafe at Longshaw welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, serving homemade bakes, hearty pies, and local scoop ice cream to ramblers, cyclists, dog walkers, families and everyone in between. We invested in the building five years ago, hit our first £1m sales last year and continue to grow. We are looking for a Team Leader to support the management team in the smooth running of the front of house. From scooping ice cream and crafting lattes to inducting new team members, it is fast‑paced and hard work, but there are no late nights and the beautiful Peak District location makes it a lovely place to work.
