Pay Range

Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology related agreements.
* Build strong client relationships while collaborating with firm‑wide teams.
* Support the business and assist Senior Lawyers in supervising junior staff.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial law.
* Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction or the public sector is beneficial.
* Familiarity with in‑house or consumer contracts and public procurement is advantageous.
