Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Gravesend.
This position is offered on a full‑time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, £30,620 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
Responsibilities
* Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
* Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
* Booking vehicles into the workshop
* Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
* Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Great attention to detail
* A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
* Experience using computer software systems
