Overview
We’re expanding our team and looking to hire customer-focused people to join our Wakefield Office. Although you will be dealing with sales, we pride ourselves on sales through customer service, putting the customer at the heart of what we do. It’ll be your job to ensure they have a great experience and get details of the best insurance package to meet their needs.
How You'll Make An Impact
During your first few weeks, you’ll be in our training academy where we’ll give you all the training you need to be successful in your new career! This includes insurance fundamentals, handling policies, systems, and process training.
We also offer an excellent progression program and fully funded professional insurance qualifications (CII).
In this role, you’ll help people with queries such as setting up home insurance policies and guiding each customer through their individual needs.
Daily Responsibilities include:
* Create insurance quotes and renewals over the phone, recommending the right cover for customers.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
* Make and answer calls to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns.
* Leave customers satisfied with a positive impression of our services.
* Balance multiple tasks using various systems in a supportive team environment.
About You
* Ability to explain complex information simply, in writing and over the phone.
* Attention to detail for reviewing and assessing documentation.
* Empathy and composure when dealing with customers.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Computer literacy.
* GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
