Days required & shift pattern
5am start 4 days per week on a rota including every other Saturday (6am Saturday)
12 – 14 hours per day
Double-manned (2 Drivers share driving)
Full description of the role
As a home delivery driver you will be driving a 7.5T van delivering home appliances as part of a 2 person team.
1. Liaising and dealing with customers
2. Birmingham route (25 – 30 drops)
3. Delivery to room of choice
4. Unpacking and removal of packaging
5. Installation (training provided) and removal of old appliance when required
Skills / qualifications
6. Valid Cat C1 licence
7. CPC and Digicard
8. Previous multidrop experience
9. No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
10. Minimum of 12 months driving experience
11. Manual Handling as can be physically demanding
