Scottish Canals is looking for Destination Associate - Housekeeping at the Falkirk Wheel for the Spring to Autumn 2026 season. The role is daytime hours and flexible to accommodate work‑life balance.
Position Details
Salary: £12.60 per hour (£13.45 from 01/04/26). Closing Date: 18/05/2026. Department: Destinations. Location: Falkirk. Hours per week: Various.
Key Duties
* Cleaning all public areas, including retail shop and café.
* Maintaining customer toilets.
* Preparing event rooms and assisting with set up.
* Cleaning offices and staff areas.
* Maintaining boater facilities.
* Distributing stock supplies.

* The ability to deliver a professional service to customers.

Previous experience in a similar role is welcomed, but not essential.
Full uniform and training will be provided.
You will work on a rota which may include weekends and bank holidays.
