They offer a wide range of traditional and specialist legal services, including dedicated Commercial, Family, Private Client and Conveyancing Departments, allowing them to offer the breadth of legal expertise expected from a professional firm of solicitors.
What will your role look like? Independently managing commercial property sales, purchases, and lease transactions Conducting property due diligence and preparing legal documentation, including drafting and negotiating contracts and transfers Advising clients on refinancing and liaising with finance companies and third parties Calculating SDLT returns and submitting HMLR applications Managing risk and complaints in accordance with SRA and AML regulations Building professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and apprentices, contributing to the growth of the practice Maintaining your SRA practising certificate and staying up to date with professional standards Are you the right person for the job?
