We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the brigade of this beautiful luxury hotel in St Albans.

The Place
Our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans. The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has two restaurants and two bars on site, including a new Pan Asian restaurant as well as a busy conference and banqueting department.
The Person
The successful Sous Chef will have experience of the following:
4- or 5-star hotel or equivalent level restaurant as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous
A team player who is willing to work hard to get the best results
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Live locally to St Albans or have own transport
