VGC Group is seeking experienced Multi-skilled operators for a project in St Neots.
Role Details:
* Position: Multi-Skilled Operator
* Location: St Neots
* Salary: GBP17.68 per hour (PAYE)
* Experience Required: 2+ years
* Qualifications: Blue CSCS NVQ Level 2 Groundworker Card, CPCS Plant Ticket
Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of construction tasks including groundworks, concrete finishing, plant operations, carpentry, and steel fixing.
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
* Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs across systems.
* Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
* Perform quality checks and rectify deficiencies.
* Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
* Support team collaboration and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
* Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
* Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
