Your Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll be the calm in the storm, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
* Independently managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Motivating and supporting your team while embodying our Company Values.
* Diligently checking and working deliveries, managing the till area, and monitoring KPIs.
* Being a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and assistance.
* Complying with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
