Job description
We are looking for a Digital Skills Learning Specialist to join the Digital Skills team within the wider IT function. This role supports the firm’s strategic objectives by designing and delivering engaging digital training solutions that improve digital capability across legal and non-legal will create and maintain high-quality learning content covering IT systems, enterprise software, legal applications, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, while supporting new joiner programmes and ongoing learning initiatives.
Salary & benefits
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days from home)
Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension scheme, Annual salary reviews, Bonus scheme (typically 5–7%)
