We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an established and reputable contractor, working on a mobile basis across Northamptonshire, on a temporary basis.
* Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
* Temporary
* GBP24 GBP25ph paid weekly via umbrella
* Mobile role Northamptonshire (van provided)
As a Multi Trade Operative, your main duties will include:
* Carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and laying vinyl flooring
* Working independently across various sites
* Carrying out maintenance and repairs in void and social housing properties
* Ensuring a high standard of workmanship while adhering to health & safety
To be successful as a Multi Trade OPerative, you will need:
* Relevant experience in multi-trade roles, ideally within social housing or voids
* Competence in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and vinyl floor laying
* NVQ or equivalent in a relevant trade
* Full UK driving licence and own tools
* A positive, reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail
