About the Role
At HC-One, we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team. Flex Force offers contracted hours with guaranteed pay each month and the freedom to choose shifts that fit around your family life or other commitments. Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday across our care homes in the South Essex area, including Godden Lodge, Oaklands, The Hornchurch and Admirals Reach.
Duties
* Supporting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
* Helping residents with limited mobility
* Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site
Requirements
A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
All Care Assistants are required to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role. You must be able to seek appropriate advice, report concerns and, if action is not taken, escalated concerns appropriately.
