* Monitor compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and contract documentation.
* Manage site logistics, including delivery scheduling, site access control, laydown areas, and equipment allocation.
* Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all work is completed to required standards before energisation.
* Oversee punch list resolution, commissioning support, and project close-out documentation.
* Interface with clients, landowners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders as needed.

* Strong understanding of HSE best practices and CDM regulations (UK) or equivalent standards depending on location.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction programmes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate diverse site teams.
* Comfortable working in remote, rural, or challenging environments.
* Valid driver’s license; SMSTS or equivalent construction safety certification required.
