We are working with an NHS partner who is seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Support Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract until December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills to support innovation, evaluation, and insight projects across healthcare in the West of England. You’ll play a vital role in supporting NHS England, Office of Life Sciences, and local priority programmes, while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative and project support across a portfolio of healthcare programmes. * Maintain accurate documentation using project management systems (Verto 365) and CRM tools (Zoho). * Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events – including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. * Act as the first point of contact for stakeholder queries and communications. * Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when required. * Support data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in an administrative or project support role. * Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage competing deadlines. * Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and stakeholders. * Self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Desirable: * Experience with Verto 365 or similar project management software. * Background in healthcare, research, or innovation
