My client, a growing private practice based in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a motivated Planner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on rural projects and be passionate about delivering high-quality planning solutions. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, including Domestic planning applications, Change of use projects, Residential schemes, Planning appeals, Listed buildings, Section 106 agreements.
